Mission

The Small Choices Foundation is dedicated to improving the cancer journey for adult patients and their caregivers by empowering them with the ability to choose the kind of help they need during their hospital stay and providing the opportunity to join others facing similar paths. Our programs include Isolation Relief; bringing in groceries and lunches and doing laundry to those inpatient with no support Survival Kits; patients can chose from items to make inpatient stay easier; Outpatient support gift cards for gas and groceries and providing blankets and toiletries for those facing a surprise admission Hospital support supplying patient comfort items to inpatient and outpatient cancer floors Patient gatherings and Holiday support fulfilling the wish lists of patients with families over the holidays.
