The quality communities alliance of texas was formed to promote the spread of positive information regarding the use of special districts as a real estate development vehicle throughout the state of texas. There are hundreds of such special districts in the state of texas. The corporation works to protect and promote information related to the financial stability of special districts in texas. The corporation gathers detailed information and will create a fact-based website and articles related to special districts. The main expense for the current fiscal year and the projected budget over the next three years will be costs associated with media consultants to advance support for special districts in texas.
