“National child protection task force (ncptf) 2024 narrative: in 2024, ncptf made significant strides in supporting law enforcement and protecting vulnerable individuals through repid-response efforts and innovative technologies. Our dedicated team helped identify 195 victims and survivors, worked on or assisted with 2,373 cases, and identified 138 predators. Additionally, we provided advanced training to 5,871 law enforcement professionals, empowering them to better address crives such as human trafficking and child exploitation. We collaborated with multiple key partners, including the ending oseac coalition, the new york missing persons clearinghouse, the iacp tech conference board, the national criminal justice training center, and others to expand our impact and reach. Through this teamwork, we provided swift responses to urgent cases, as demonstrated by locating an abducted two- year-old in critical condition withn minutes. Our training programs were also instrumental, equipping investigators with the skills needed to save lives, such as the one instance where a new technique learned in training helped rescue an abducted child in new york. Ncptf's mission remains focused on using cutting-edge resources and epertise to assist law enforcement in protecting children and bringing them home safely. Our success is a direct result of the collective effort or our volunteers, partners, and supporters.”
