Resilient Colorado responds to current personal, organizational, relational, and community crises experienced by the public that are rooted in trauma in order to cultivate healing, resilience, and wellbeing. Through training and consulting, we provide research-based education about the impact of trauma on brains, bodies, behaviors, relationships, and overall wellbeing; promote the principles and practices of trauma awareness, trauma sensitivity, trauma responsiveness, and trauma informed care; provide research-based education about the science of resilience; provide experiential learning opportunities for the public to explore best practices and tools that support resilience; provide consultation to sustain resilience and wellbeing; provide consultation for the public to infuse trauma informed principles and practices into all aspects of personal, professional, relational, and communal activities.
