“990 EZ, part lll, line 28 for healthcare: We provided healthcare services, medicine, medical supplies, and medical equipment at the following locations and frequency: l) DAILY YEAR ROUND healthcare services provided at the following locations: A) 24 hour on call healthcare at 3 schools and one orphanage in Masaka, Uganda. Patients served: 1500 kids provided 24 hour on call healthcare (estimated). B) Daily healthcare clinic in Bukavu, DRC opened in March,2024 for abused and abandoned women and children. Patients served: 127. ll) MONTHLY YEAR ROUND mobile medical services at: A) 33 remote villages surrounding Masaka, Uganda for the elderly and children. Patients served: 150 seen each month (estimated). B) 3 remote villages surrounding Sanje, Uganda for the elderly and children. Patients served: 35 seen each month (estimated). C) 1 remote vilage in Nakosongola, Uganda for adults and children. Patients served: 20 seen each month (estimated). lll) PERODIC MOBILE MEDICAL OUTREACH provided at: A) One trip to Idjwi, Drc to isolated pgyme villages for adults and children. Patients served: 300. B) One trip to Walungu, DRC for abused and abandoned women and children. Patients served: 79. C) Two trips to Bumogolo, Uganda for children at a school. Patients served: 125 seen twice (estimated). lV) BROUGTH A USA MEDICAL MISSION TEAM to Africa in March, 2024 and in November 2024 to support and teach our African medical teams who work year round. V) IN 2024, WE PROVIDED MEDICAL EQUIPMENT to our medical teams in Africa including 4 portable ultrasound systems, 2 portable EKG systems and supplies, 4 mobile nebulizers, and one I-Stat portable blood analyzer with chem8 cartridges. Vl) WE PROVIDED GRANTS TO OPEN a new medical clinic in Bukavu, DRC, and a new mobile medical clionic in Nakosongola, Uganda. 990 EZ, PART lll, LINE 29 for Education: l) Taught sewing to ladies in Sanje, Uganda, and Bumogolo, Uganda. Ladies served: 101. ll) Provided funds to school to complete teachers' housing at Bumomolo, Uganda. 990 EZ, PART lll, LINE 30 for community projects: l) WE ARE RAISING GOATS in Sanje, Uganda to provide much needed goat milk for malnourished infants and children. We breed the goats and care for them until they are mature enough to transport to one of the remote villages. We give one male and two female goats, often pregnant, to the most needy villages. Villages served: 7. ll) THE USA MISSION TEAMS assemble and deliver care baskets to the elderly in the remote villages. Patients served: 90. lll) WE PROVIDED dresses to some of the ladies in the remote villages in Uganda. Patients served: 25.”
