Senior management then reviews the return prior to filing. The form 990 is also made available to franciscan beacon hospital's board of trustees and board finance committee prior to filing.

In connection with any actual or possible conflict of interest, any board member, board committee member, corporate officer or executive staff of franciscan beacon hospital must disclose the existence of a financial interest and be given the opportunity to disclose all material facts to the directors and members of committees with governing board delegated powers considering the proposed transaction, arrangement or any business relationship with a competitor of the corporation.
