Mission

The ddaa is a membership organization that works to strengthen local units of government through their membership and participation in development districts, enhance the role of development districts as a mechanism for cooperatively seeking solutions to common problems, and to promote the extension, development, and fullest utilization of the multijurisdictional, umbrella sub-state district role in the federal-state-local partnership.
