It is the opinion of management that all income earned has been related to the Organization's tax-exempt status and there has been no unrelated business income. The accounting standard requires that a tax position be recognized or derecognized based on a "more-likely-than-not" threshold. Based on the management's analysis of the Foundation's tax positions, the accounting for any uncertainty in the Organization's tax positions is not expected to have a material impact on the financial statements.”
