“ERAP”
“Erap recognizes that critical incidents may lead to significant stress which potentially manifest itself in deteriorating job performance, family breakdowns, chemical dependency, and suicides. Erap is committed to serving emergency responders who are in crisis as a result of experiencing a critical incident. Erap underwrites training, education, and psychological assistance in a structured, intensive, three-day seminar environment (emergency responders critical incident seminar, ercis). Erap's holistic approach acknowledges the importance of family in the post-critical incident healing process. Peer support is a vital component of the seminar. Our seminars are not specific to officers as it includes: law enforcement, firefighters, 911 call takers/dispatchers, ems, crime scene investigators, medical examiners, and significant others. 144 participants in 2022 111 participant rooms 95 staff members 95 staff rooms 239 total feed 56 different agencies”
“The emergency responder assistance program continues to develop ways to serve our emergency responders. Throughout our history, we have developed relationships with agencies across the state and nation that allow our organization to meet its mission of serving all emergency responders and their families mental and physical well-being. Agency peer mentor programs and well-being units send their law enforcement and firefighters to our seminars to have our team assist with their mental well-being. During an emergency responder's day, they will be involved in many citizen interactions. Unfortunately, many of these interactions involve physical confrontation and seeing things that cannot be unseen. The peer mentor and wellness teams will deploy to the event where erap cannot. The wellness team members can immediately deal with their physical needs, take out meals and drinks for long investigations, and when necessary, assist with the aftermath of a loss of an emergency responder. As a result, the relationship between erap and agencies now has the ability to immediately deal with their physical needs, and erap steps in to assist with the mental well-being of those involved. Erap further assists the wellness teams to meet with foundations and community givers who chose to provide financial support for the wellness teams to provide the funds for meals, drinks, hotel rooms, travel to a mental health care facility, and many other things. Relationships with agencies have extended our reach substantially to meet the objectives of the erap mission, save lives, save families, and save careers. Over the past years, the mental health challenges our emergency responders face have been elevated substantially and will continue to develop. Ocpd's wellness team has been in place for a very long time and is considered one of the best in the nation, our partnership is a continuation of our foundations outreach to serve those that need to be served but are in denial of their need.”

| IRS990/ProgSrvcAccomActy2Grp/Desc | 0 | THE EMERGENCY RESPONDER ASSISTANCE PROGRAM CONTINUES TO DEVELOP WAYS TO SERVE OUR EMERGENCY RESPONDERS. OCPD'S WELLNESS TEAM HAS BEEN IN PLACE FOR A VERY LONG TIME AND IS CONSIDERED ONE OF THE BEST IN THE NATION, OUR PARTNERSHIP IS A CONTINUATION OF OUR FOUNDATIONS OUTREACH TO SERVE THOSE THAT NEED TO BE SERVED BUT ARE IN DENIAL OF THEIR NEED. |

| IRS990ScheduleI/SupplementalInformationDetail/ExplanationTxt | 0 | ON OCTOBER 2022, THE OKLAHOMA CITY POLICE DEPARTMENT FACED ONE OF OUR WORST FEARS WITH THE LOSS OF OF AN OFFICER, WHO WAS TRAGICALLY KILLED IN A CAR ACCIDENT. WELLNESS TEAM MEMBERS BECAME THE FAMILY LIAISON TO ASSIST THEM DURING THIS UNIMAGINABLE TIME IN THEIR LIVES. AS PART OF OUR RESPONSIBILITY TO SUPPORT THEIR FAMILY, WHO LIVED OUT OF STATE, WE ASSISTED THEM WITH FLIGHTS TO COME TO OKLAHOMA TO TAKE CARE OF THE OFFICERS PERSONAL AFFAIRS. WE BOOKED THE FLIGHTS FOR THEIR FAMILY AND SECURED FUNDING FROM THE FOP TO COVER THEIR EXPENSES. THE WELLNESS UNIT PAID FOR THE HOTEL ROOMS TO HELP THE FAMILY, ALONG WITH THE RENTAL CAR THAT WAS NEEDED AS THEY TRAVELED WITHIN OKC HANDLING THEIR THE OFFICERS' FINANCIAL AFFAIRS. WE ALSO COVERED OTHER MISCELLANEOUS EXPENSES IN RELATION TO THE LOSS OF THE OFFICER SUCH AS THE COST TO PRODUCE BLACK MORNING BANDS FOR THE OFFICERS TO WEAR OVER THEIR BADGES. POLICE EMPLOYEES DONATED THEIR TIME TO MAKE THE BANDS. A SHADOW BOX WAS PREPARED FOR THE FAMILY WHICH WAS PURCHASED AND PRESENTED TO THE OFFICER'S FAMILY AT THEIR SERVICES. |

| IRS990ScheduleO/SupplementalInformationDetail/ExplanationTxt | 2 | THE EMERGENCY RESPONDER ASSISTANCE PROGRAM CONTINUES TO DEVELOP WAYS TO SERVE OUR EMERGENCY RESPONDERS.
