Mission

Lancaster Patient Care Center (the "Corporation") is organized and shall always be operated exclusively for the benefit of Weeks Medical Center ("WMC"), a New Hampshire nonprofit corporation, all in furtherance of charitable and educational purposes within the meaning of Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended (hereinafter, the "Code"), including any corresponding provision of any future.

A supporting organization of weeks medical center created as a requirement of new market tax credit financing for the building of a replacement physician office for weeks medical center providers.

Conflicts of interest are addressed by weeks medical center, a related organization. Annual conflict of interest forms are signed by all officers, and board members. Board members with a conflict are excused from voting on any items that relate to the other organization, etc. That is the conflict.

Lancaster patient care center has no employees. The president of the organization is compensated by weeks medical center, a related organization. The president's compensation is determined by the executive committee of the weeks medical center board (serving as the compensation committee), a written employment contract, a state compensation survey and approval of the full board and executive committee. Other officers have their compensation determined through a state compensation survey, along with approval of the president.
