“We participate in prison ministry as the face and heart of jesus christ, sharing his mercy, forgiveness and presence while letting insiders, their families and institutional staff know that they are not forgotten or alone.”

“Pen pal program: current enrollment - outside pp: 469; inside pp: 455; total participants:924. Insiders released: 251; ignatian meditation videos: producing weekly videos. They are now streamed through the religious channel. Holiday cards for easter & christmas:every pen pal received at least 2 cards at christmas.besides individuals, we had participation from ust students; st joseph, rosemount middle school and faith formation students; st joseph, waconia school, xavier high school, appleton, wi angel tree: donation of 10,000. Divided between st peter claver, st bridget and st joseph. Served 35 families. Besides individual gifts to the children, we provided 200 gift cards per family.8400.00 spent; rosaries & booklets distributed to stillwater, lino lakes and oak park heights. Prayer companion newsletter produced weekly mass/communion/reconciliation at four facilities: lino lakes, shakopee, rush city, stillwater & once every five weeks at oak park heights. Support catholic studies program in lino lakes two jesuit novices met one/ one on a weekly basis at ramsey county jail from september to december supplied hmong & chinese bibles to inmates at ramsey and washington county workshop at guardian angels exhibited & participated in national restorative justice conference at ust law school. Provided new coats, gloves, ft socks to red wing juvenile detention center for transitioning out.”
