Our organization, has been diligently working to complete and submit IRS Form 1023 to request retroactive reinstatement of our 501(c)(3) status, which was previously revoked due to non-filing during the COVID-19 pandemic. Throughout this period, we have been focused on compiling the extensive documentation and financial information required for a full Form 1023 submission, including organizing historical records and correcting prior compliance issues. We remained mission-focused and committed to operating in good faith as a charitable organization, including maintaining proper financial records and continuing to serve the public interest. We sincerely regret the delay in filing and have now taken corrective steps to ensure timely compliance moving forward. We ask that this statement be accepted as reasonable cause for the late submission.
