“Members of the executive board shall be elected by ballot in january of each year by the regular members of the organization. Regular members are required to be 18 years of age or older, provide all necessary documentation, successfully meet minimum training and physical fitness requirements, and must be approved by a majority vote of the executive board. Regular membership consists of those actively engaged in search, rescue, life-saving, first aid, and emergency services who have successfully completed all training and membership requirements.”

The organization's mission is to locate, assess, stabilize, and safely transport patients to areas where ems and definitive care operations can be performed.”
