“On March 24, 2025, the organization legally changed its name from Black Female Project to Qualitative Solutions. The name change was authorized by the Board of Directors and approved through an amendment to the organizations Articles of Incorporation, filed with and accepted by the State of California. A copy of the approved amendment is attached to this return”
“Organization's leadership will work with the accounting firm and finance team to complete the annual 990 documents. Once completed, the documents will be presented to the Board at a scheduled Board meeting or a Special Board meeting called by the President or another Board member. The Board review the documents and have time to ask questions, then vote on accepting the 990. Once approved by the Board, the 990 documents can be filed. If the 990 needs to be filed prior to the next Board meeting, it can be filed after review of the Board President and notated that the Board has not approved the 990 at that time. Once approved by the Board, the date and process shall be documented in official Board minutes.”
