Foundation E

The specific purposes of the Corporation shall include, without limitation, thefollowing:(i) to educate the public about social, cultural, humanitarian, and/or economicinjustice by producing and distributing films and television programs thatgenerally would not be produced by for-profit commercial productioncompanies;(ii) to provide educational, mentorship and empowerment opportunities forthose who are disadvantaged and/or lack resources, and provideemployment opportunities for those who are underrepresented in theentertainment industry;(iii) to cultivate and promote diversity and inclusion in the arts; and(iv) to aid, support and collaborate with those organizations qualified forexemption from federal income tax under the Code that are dedicated tofurthering the charitable causes addressed by Foundation E's films andtelevision programs.

The specific purposes of the corporation shall include, without limitation, the following: (i) to educate the public about social, cultural, humanitarian, and/or economic injustice by producing and distributing films and television programs that generally would not be produced by for-profit commercial production companies; (ii) to provide educational, mentorship and empowerment opportunities for those who are disadvantaged and/or lack resources, and provide employment opportunities for those who are underrepresented in the entertainment industry; (iii) to cultivate and promote diversity and inclusion in the arts; and (iv) to aid, support and collaborate with those organizations qualified for exemption from federal income tax under the code that are dedicated to furthering the charitable causes addressed by foundation e's films and television programs.
