All 990 forms are reviewed by all voting board members during board meetings and it is a collective (all together) review process.

As a board and collective , we require all board members to complete annual disclosure forms that list any personal, financial, or professional interests that could influence decision-making. In addition, the board chair or governance committee reviews potential conflicts at the start of each meeting, and a part of the meeting agenda. If a conflict arises, the board member is expected to recuse themselves from related discussions and votes. This process ensures transparency, protects the nonprofit's integrity, and maintains public trust.
