Additional Explanations

Form 990, Part III, Line 2

The state of maryland, and the city of baltimore issued executive orders, requiring all residents to wear facial masks while outside of their homes. Residents will be required to wear masks while entering all retail markets, and public areas. In response to these executive orders, we have developed a program to assist our residents. For the remainder of these executive orders, we will provide the necessary supplies (facial masks and healthy foods) to our residents to help them combat the coronavirus pandemic. In march 2020, the organization also started the harlem park neighborhood plan which is needed to guide development within the harlem park community.
