“The organization's conflicts committee monitors and enforces compliance with the conflict of interest policy annually. The committee reviews actual conflicts that are identified by the annual disclosure process and prohibits officers and directors from voting on matters where actual conflicts of interest exist.”

“The reporting organization has no compensation paid to the top management official or other officers or key employees of the organization. Compensation is paid by Hebrew Homes Health Network, Inc. a related 501(c)(3) organization.”

“Effective June 18, 2019, the organization sold its operations and property and equipment. On December 12, 2022, the Board of Directors adopted a resolution to dissolve Aventura Plaza, Inc. and articles of dissolution were filed with the State of Florida on January 3, 2023. As a result, all liabilities and assets were transferred to Hebrew Homes Health Network, Inc. during 2022.”
