The jennifer jaff center's mission is to advocate for patients with chronic illnesses. The center provides free information, legal advice, education, and advocacy services to patients with chronic illnesses nationwide in areas including health and disability insurance, social security disability, employment discrimination, family and medical leave, educational equity, and resource location. In addition, the center aims to protect and promote the concerns of the chronically ill in public policy.
