Part III 4A - Statement of Program Services Accomplishments

This report highlights the remarkable achievements and progress of our athletic and youth sports program over the past year. Our dedicated athletes, supportive coaching staff, and enthusiastic community have collectively contributed to a year filled with victories, personal bests, and significant advancements in our sports program.

PART III 4A - SHOWTYME:

Our tiny novice team (ages 4-6) ended the season with six(6) superior rankings and six (6) 1st place wins

PART III 4A - GLAM GIRLS:

Our tiny elite team (ages 5-7) ended the season with nine(9) 1st place wins one(1) 2nd place; one(1) 4th place and a level 1 grand champs.

PART III 4A - MINI QUEENS:

Our mini elite team (ages 7-9) were awarded the best of level 1 and a paid bid to nationals. They ended the season with six (6) 1st place wins, four (4) 2nd place earnings and one (1) 3rd place earning.

PART II 4A - SNEAK PEAK:

Our mini novice team (ages 7-9) were ranked superior six (6) times and three (3) 1st place winnings this season

PARTIII 4A - STARDOM:

Our youth elite team (ages 7-12) received eleven (11) placements in the top ten categories of their division. They placed 6th at nationals.

PART III 4A - SHOWSTOPPERS:

Our junior elite team (ages 9-15) placed in the top 10 overall in tall 11 of their competitions. They received grand champs at ones event.

Our junior elite team (ages 9-15) placed in the top 10 overall in all 11 of their competitions. They received grand champs at one event

PART III 4A-SUPERIOR MODELS:

Our mini level2 elite team (ages 7-12) received two paid bids to nationals. This team was our inaugural team at this level. They ended the season with nine (9) 1st place wins; one (1) 3rd place ranking and two paid bids to nationals.

PART III 4A - PRIMETYME:

Our junior elite l3 team (ages 12-18) received a grand championships; awarded highest score of level 3, and paid bid to nationals. They ended the season with (9) 1st place wins and two (2) 2nd place rankings.

Part III 4A - Overall Team Highlights of Our Competition Season

The athletes and coaches produced such an amazing season. All nine(9) teams worked extremely hard to earn the below total schievements: 53 first place winings, 11 second place winnings, 6 third place winnings, 4 fourth place winnings, 5 fifth place winnings, 2 sixth place winnings, 2 seventh place winnings, 1 eighth place winning, and 12 superior winnings. Note: this year some of our athletes were chosen by judges for their outstanding performances in tumbling, spotting and dancing.

At the heart of our organization is a strong commitment to building and nurturing a sense of community. We believe in the power of collaboration and the importance of providing a supportive environment where individuals can thrive. We offer onging support by fostering relationships and connections that empower individuals to achieve their goals. Our community is built on values of respect, inclusivity, and mutual support, ensuring that every person feels valued and heard. Through our programs, initiatives, and outreach efforts, we are dedicated to strengthening the bonds within our community and helping each person feel a sense of belonging, growth, and accomplishment. Together, we create a positive impact that extends beyond our organization and into the broarder community.

Our athletes' successes were bolstered by the unwavering support from parents, alumni, and local businesses. Fundraising events, such as the annual sports showcase, the community back-to-school bookbag drive, team sock drive, a breast cancer walk session and raised significant funds for the upkeep of our training facility, uniform accessories package, and travel expenses for competitions.

OUR COACHING AND DEVELOPMENT STRUCTURE ARE DESIGNED TO EMPOWER INDIVIDUALS TO REACH THEIR FULL POTENTIAL, BOTH PERSONALLY AND PROFESSIONALLY. wE FOCUS ON PROVIDING TAILORED GUIDANCE, MENTORSHIP, AND SKILL-BUILDING OPPORTUNITIES THAT FOSTER GROWTH IN A POSITIVE AND ENCOURAGING ENVIRONMENT. WHETHER WORKING WITH ATHLETES, LEADERS, OR TEAMS, OUR APPROACH EMPHASIZES THE IMPORTANCE OF CONTINUOUS LEARNING, SELF-REFLECTIONS, AND RESILIENCE.

Our coaching philosophy centers around developing core values such as discipline, leadership, teamwork, and problem-solving, equipping individuals with the tools they need to succeed both on and off the mat. We are committed to creating a supportive environment where participants feel inspired to push their boundaries, overcome challenges, and grow in confidence.

Through ongoing development opportunities, clinics, and one-on-one coaching, we ensure that each individual has the resources and support they need to progress and achieve their goals. OUR COACIHNG STAFF ATTENDS SEVERAL PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT WORKSHOPS, FOCUSING ON INJURY PREVENTION, BACKGROUND CHECKS AND ABUSE PRVENTION, SPORTS PSYCHOLOGY, AND ADVANCE TRAINING TECHNIQUES. tHESE EFFORTS HAVE DIRECTLY CONTRIBUTED TO IMPROVED ATHLETE PERFORMANCE AND TEAM COHESION.
