Any potential conflicts or compliance issues are reviewed and addressed as they arise. In addition, the Board of Directors provides oversight through periodic review of organizational activities and financial reports.”

“The compensation of the Executive Director is reviewed and approved by the Board of Directors, which consists of independent members with no conflicts of interest. The Board considers the organization's size, responsibilities of the position, available financial resources, and comparable compensation levels in similar nonprofit organizations, when available. The deliberation and approval of compensation are documented in the minutes of the Board of Directors meeting, providing contemporaneous substantiation of the decision.”
