Part 1.10 Grants and similar amounts paid: Totaling $69,851.71 We support a Peruvian-based non-profit association to achieve our charitable goals in Pucusana, Peru. Throughout the year of 2024, we sent money to Asociacion Educativa Y Cultural de la IEP Pierre La Place (a legally registered Peruvian nonprofit association) through grant agreements. Money was sent from our nonprofit to our Peruvian partner nonprofit using bank accounts. No money is given to individuals. Each grant agreement thoroughly explained where each dollar was to be spent, and we kept records with receipts for each grant project. $39,256.28 was sent to support monthly educational projects for adults and children living in Pucusana, Peru. The programs included Reinforcement Classes, a Mobile Library, Chess Classes, Art Classes, and a Parenting Workshop. The money went towards teacher compensation, project supplies, and school materials. The money was sent monthly. Each amount was agreed upon in our 2024 Project contract Addendum_017_EducationalProjects2024, but we adjusted for inflation and exchange rates each month. Other money, totaling $30,595.43, was sent to improve the property where the projects take place. Money was spent on providing water to the garden and building, cleaning of the building, and a large amount was given to build a brick wall on one side of the property.
