For transparency, we want to present the following information: From January 1, 2021 until September 05, 2021, Daniel was paid as a foreign contractor, and earned $13,573.50 in US dollars, which was paid directly by Freedom of Form Foundation, Inc. This compensation is included as part of our answer for Line 13 in Part I. From September 06, 2021 until December 31, 2021, Daniel was paid as an employee of a wholly controlled, disregarded foreign entity, Freedom of Form Foundation, Ltd. in the UK. The entity paid Daniel a total of £4,054.39 pounds in wages and compensation, which we report as $5,478.21 in US dollars using GAAP guidelines for presentation currency.
