Other Expenses: Digital Infrastructure: $1769 Website hosting: $113 Materials: $2114 (Materials for Programs $1587 Fundraising Materials $527) Insurance: $275 Professional dues: $250 Travel: $24399 (Program travel $16,744; Conferences and Meetings $7655)

Part II, Line 26

Explanation of Change in Net Assets: 2024 marked the organizations first year exceeding $50,000 in annual revenue and filing Form 990-EZ, reflecting significant program growth. In 2025, the organization focused on strengthening operational infrastructure, training systems, and program capacity to support sustained expansion of its Holocaust testimony and education initiatives. The change in net assets reflects this strategic investment year and positions the organization for continued program growth and revenue development in 2026.

Part III, Line 28

Speaker Training: The organization provides structured training to individuals of diverse ages and backgrounds to prepare them to present testimony-based Holocaust stories and education programs in their communities. The training includes guidance in building a compelling story from oral or written testimony and in developing a program to complement that story. After the training is complete, the organization assists the trained storytellers with finding venues to present their stories including schools, faith communities, and community organizations. In 2025, 34 new storytellers completed training. Since inception, the organization has trained more than 140 storytellers. Participants are based in seven different countries (US, Canada, France, Germany, Israel, South Africa, and Singapore) and 20 US states. They range in age from 16 to 83. Teach the Shoah storytellers tell stories from the lives of close to 300 different survivors, victims, rescuers, liberators, and bystanders to the Holocaust.

Part III, Line 29

From Survivor Memory to Living Teller (Lesaper): Through the Lesaper program, college students and recent graduates (ages 1830) are paired with living Holocaust survivors to conduct interviews and develop testimony-based stories. Students receive training in interviewing survivors, ethical storytelling, historical accuracy, and public presentation. This program is designed to extend the reach of survivor testimony to future generations while preserving historical accuracy and context, as these students promise to be "keepers of memory" for their paired survivors. In 2024 and 2025, 13 students became the keepers of memory for 10 Holocaust survivors. Following their training, student tellers delivered programs reaching more than 500 audience members in locations across the US, including places where few survivors live such as Arkansas.

Part III, Line 30

Public Outreach: The organization presents Holocaust education and commemoration programs in partnership with schools, synagogues, and community organizations. Programs are delivered both online and in person. Additionally, the organization's Storyteller Bureau assists storytellers in finding online and in-person venues for their stories and programs. In 2025, the organization presented 20 free educational programs and facilitated 53 in person and online programs at more than 40 different educational institutions and community organizations across multiple states and countries. in these programs, 56 different storytellers told 226 stories of 144 different individuals to more than 6800 people.

Part IV

Compensation reported for certain directors reflects payment for contracted program services unrelated to board service and was approved under the organizations conflict-of-interest policy.
