“2024 was a transitional year for peter's shadow. We continued to present the night of healing prayer (nohp) at various parishes throughout the diocese of cleveland. St. Mary of the falls, in olmsted falls, on february 5, and on march 6, at st. Rita in solon, st joseph, strongsville on september 20, 2024. We notice a shift in our approach to the ministry. While our focus is healing prayer and bringing life to the catholic church, the direction from which we approach that goal has changed. We are being invited to send prayer teams to major diocesan events such as the cleveland youth conference, (cle 216), ite retreats, ignite, young adult conference and others. More and more emphasis is being placed on the encounter sponsored events through peter's shadow.”
“-the cle216 youth conference draws approx 700 high school students from across the diocese to john carol university for a day of speakers, adoration, confession, and prayer. On december 4, 2024, peter's shadow provided approx 16 individuals to serve on prayer teams for the event. -earlier in the year, on february 22, 2024 was the ignite young adult conference held at john carol university. We had a presence as a sponsor for the conference but did not provide prayer teams. We were invited to participate in the 2025 ignite conference with prayer teams. -on march 23, 2024, ps provided prayer teams for the ite spring retreat. This only requires 4 people at loyola retreat house. -on august 4, 2025, we had a booth and provided prayer for attendees at the fest held in cleveland. This event draws thousands of people from a wide area and we were able to pray with 20-25 people throughout the day.”
“Encounter school of supernatural ministry/akron campus opened the school year on september 9, 2024, with 52 first-year students. This is by far the largest first-year enrollment. We have 21 returning students for the second year of the two-year program. On july 12/13 we held our summer intensive for 2024. Rather than the four-night event we have previously presented, we decided to condense it into a friday evening, all-day saturday event. With some planning, it went off very well and we will probably plan on doing the same in 2025. We had 51 registrants for the summer intensive being one of the few satellite campus teams authorized to teach encounter 2-day schools, we were able to book three mini-schools in august and september. The schools are designed to present in a compact format, major parts of the quarters found in the two-year program. -august 23/24, the school of identity, st mary of the falls in olmsted falls, where we had 43 attendees -august 30/31 school of healing st. Rita, solon, oh with 22 enrollees. -september 13/14 school of prophecy st lucy, middlefield, oh and 29 enrollees. We believe the summer intensive and the weekend schools are the driver for school enrollments.”
“The unbound ministry continues to pray for approximately 50 people per year, while the inner healing ministry is praying for 2-3 people per week. We have discussed with the leadership team how to increase the number of unbound sessions. The primary driver for unbound is the unbound conference. We haven't decided if we should spend the money it would take to host an unbound conference.”

| IRS990ScheduleO/SupplementalInformationDetail/ExplanationTxt | 5 | 2024 WAS A TRANSITIONAL YEAR FOR PETER'S SHADOW. MORE AND MORE EMPHASIS IS BEING PLACED ON THE ENCOUNTER SPONSORED EVENTS THROUGH PETER'S SHADOW. |
| IRS990ScheduleO/SupplementalInformationDetail/ExplanationTxt | 6 | -THE CLE216 YOUTH CONFERENCE DRAWS APPROX 700 HIGH SCHOOL STUDENTS FROM ACROSS THE DIOCESE TO JOHN CAROL UNIVERSITY FOR A DAY OF SPEAKERS, ADORATION, CONFESSION, AND PRAYER. THIS EVENT DRAWS THOUSANDS OF PEOPLE FROM A WIDE AREA AND WE WERE ABLE TO PRAY WITH 20-25 PEOPLE THROUGHOUT THE DAY. |
| IRS990ScheduleO/SupplementalInformationDetail/ExplanationTxt | 7 | ENCOUNTER SCHOOL OF SUPERNATURAL MINISTRY/AKRON CAMPUS OPENED THE SCHOOL YEAR ON SEPTEMBER 9, 2024, WITH 52 FIRST-YEAR STUDENTS. WE BELIEVE THE SUMMER INTENSIVE AND THE WEEKEND SCHOOLS ARE THE DRIVER FOR SCHOOL ENROLLMENTS. |
| IRS990ScheduleO/SupplementalInformationDetail/ExplanationTxt | 8 | THE UNBOUND MINISTRY CONTINUES TO PRAY FOR APPROXIMATELY 50 PEOPLE PER YEAR, WHILE THE INNER HEALING MINISTRY IS PRAYING FOR 2-3 PEOPLE PER WEEK. WE HAVE DISCUSSED WITH THE LEADERSHIP TEAM HOW TO INCREASE THE NUMBER OF UNBOUND SESSIONS. THE PRIMARY DRIVER FOR UNBOUND IS THE UNBOUND CONFERENCE. WE HAVEN'T DECIDED IF WE SHOULD SPEND THE MONEY IT WOULD TAKE TO HOST AN UNBOUND CONFERENCE. |
