Providing advocacy and assistance for Veterans and their families by utilizing our vast network of partners leading to positive outcomes for Veterans.

Ccvip provides advocacy and assistance for veterans and their families by utilizing our vast network of partners leading to positive outcomes for veterans. Ccvip provides a community hub with long-term case management and advocacy to help veterans, and their family members obtain education benefits, retirement benefits, housing, transportation, assistance filing for va disability benefits, mental health services, substance use disorder (sud) treatment, and offers help navigating the va health care system. Ccvip is run by veterans and has a complete understanding of the veteran. This is important when working with and helping veterans face their difficulties and hardships. Ccvip has seen a drastic rise in clients due to word of mouth. Veterans feel welcome and feel like the veteran advocates at ccvip care about the problems/challenges they face. In addition, ccvip has added mental health counseling to our list of tools and has seen our case management in that area reach the peak of what we could offer within our first 18 months of having it available. We plan to expand in that area due to the rising need being identified in our veteran community.

CCVIP PROVIDES A COMMUNITY HUB WITH LONG-TERM CASE MANAGEMENT AND ADVOCACY TO HELP VETERANS, AND THEIR FAMILY MEMBERS OBTAIN EDUCATION BENEFITS, RETIREMENT BENEFITS, HOUSING, TRANSPORTATION, ASSISTANCE FILING FOR VA DISABILITY BENEFITS, MENTAL HEALTH SERVICES, SUBSTANCE USE DISORDER (SUD) TREATMENT, AND OFFERS HELP NAVIGATING THE VA HEALTH CARE SYSTEM. CCVIP IS RUN BY VETERANS AND HAS A COMPLETE UNDERSTANDING OF THE VETERAN. THIS IS IMPORTANT WHEN WORKING WITH AND HELPING VETERANS FACE THEIR DIFFICULTIES AND HARDSHIPS. CCVIP HAS SEEN A DRASTIC RISE IN CLIENTS DUE TO WORD OF MOUTH. VETERANS FEEL WELCOME AND FEEL LIKE THE VETERAN ADVOCATES AT CCVIP CARE ABOUT THE PROBLEMS/CHALLENGES THEY FACE. IN ADDITION, CCVIP HAS ADDED MENTAL HEALTH COUNSELING TO OUR LIST OF TOOLS AND HAS SEEN OUR CASE MANAGEMENT IN THAT AREA REACH THE PEAK OF WHAT WE COULD OFFER WITHIN OUR FIRST 18 MONTHS OF HAVING IT AVAILABLE. WE PLAN TO EXPAND IN THAT AREA DUE TO THE RISING NEED BEING IDENTIFIED IN OUR VETERAN COMMUNITY.
