“The Public Safety Network has been contracted to perform senior management duties of PSTA. This includes providing senior executives in the role of PSTA CEO / Executive Director, as well as VP/Treasurer/Secretary, including ongoing staff support. The Public Safety Network also reviewed all contract documents, managed the framework and content and follow up for all public safety and industry personnel in the weekly and regular PSTA Technical Subcommittee meetings, each PSTA Executive Advisory Council (EAC) meeting and each PSTA Board meeting throughout the year. The Public Safety Network provided all general management services such as strategic planning, budget oversight, financial planning and execution, marketing, recruitment, strategic direction of all staff and subcommittee work, all briefings to the board and EAC, conducted public speeches, conferences, and webinars. The Public Safety Network provided expert public safety team resources to also include Public Safety Network staff on calls and meetings in addition to the senior executives noted above. Association Management Solutions, LLC was contracted to provide front office membership services such as invoicing of membership dues; payment processing; onboarding of new members; taking member and non-member calls and questions and relaying to PSTA executive team for follow up; website hosting, additions and changes; all bookkeeping and creation of monthly financials for review and decisions by executive management; meeting minutes and meeting notices, and submission of press releases to news wire services at direction of PSTA executive management.”
