To fund medical studies, including controlled clinical trials and observational trials, assessing the benefits of a plant-based, whole foods lifestyle as compared to other diets. To produce, develop and distribute documentary films dealing with the dietary concerns and the impact that the diet has on the general health and welfare of the public at large. These films will expose and document the impact of diet on the prevention and reversal of certain chronic diseases such as heart disease, diabetes, cancer, lupus, rheumatoid arthritis, chron's, parkinson's, asthma, arthritis, gout, multiple sclerosis, psoriasis, nephritis, sjogren's and many other chronic diseases. To support other organizations with a mission consistent with the above stated mission and raise the awareness level of the general public, government and the medical community, to the benefits of a plant-based whole foods diet in addition to other lifestyle pillars, in arresting the progression of chronic diseases and even reversing them.”
