The organization is intended to support the welfare of police officers and other first responders in times of distress, need or fraternity. The organization will engage and promote community outreach programs to strengthen relationships between the community and law enforcement through community events and scholarship programs. In addition, the organization will support programs for the prevention of cruelty to animals and other activities that foster the good and welfare of the community.
