“The ogitchidaa-kwe shall help to perform and maintain a spiritual practice and presence within the organization. The ogitchidaa-kwe is responsible for maintaining the order of the organization at all times and ensuring that these by-laws are respected by all. As such the ogitchidaa-kwe is responsible for: 1. Ensuring that all meetings are run in an orderly fashion consistent with the vision of the organization. 2. Welcoming members and guests by appearing at meetings and functions early and greeting everyone who comes to any event. 3.
