“The executive committee shall be comprised of five (5) members consisting of the chair, vice chair, secretary-treasurer, the immediate past chair, and one (1) additional director appointed by the chair and approved by the board. The executive committee shall meet in accordance with any standing resolution of the committee, or when called by the chair.
