Theta Chi Housing Corporation owns the Theta Chi fraternity house at the University of Minnesota to provide affordable housing to our members and to insure the historical preservation of the home for the Marcy-Holmes Neighborhood. We are a subordinate of Theta Chi Fraternity, Inc.
