Form 990-ez, Part III, Line 28

In 2024, twp laid the groundwork for its pre-homeless outreach initiative to address the growing need for early intervention among individuals at risk of homelessness in the tri-valley area. While direct program activities were limited this year, the organization focused on strengthening its infrastructure and building partnerships with local businesses and charities to ensure a seamless launch of outreach services for the future. Twp received 157,000 in funding during november and december 2024, which will enable the organization to expand its efforts significantly in the upcoming year. These funds will support the preparation and distribution of care packages, development of referral systems to connect individuals with community resources, and outreach campaigns to engage pre-homeless individuals proactively. The organization anticipates measurable impact in 2025 and years to come, as it implements these initiatives to intercede homelessness and deliver critical support to those in need.
