Mission

To establish, maintain, sponsor, and promote activities and educational research programs relating to the improvement of human health and rendering of care to the sick or injured, and to further the charitable purpose and interest of publicly supported health care organizations. To purchase or collaborate with hospitals and other healthcare providers whose mission is in furtherance of the organization's goals. To organize and operate new hospital providers throughout the southwest region of the us. To conduct fundraising activities to further the charitable purposes and interests of the organization, as well as those of the publicly supported, nonprofit healthcare organizations the organization supports.
