“Let it be known that as the secretary/treasurer of the downrange warriors board of directors; thereby knowing the need for hiring a full time employee to perform the growing number of tasks associated with serving the needs in the prevention of veteran suicide in our community and beyond. And knowing the financial status of our 501c3 organization, i researched comparable salaries offered to other officials in the same capacity of that which we were seeking to fulfill. We; nate vance and i (daniel boehm, two of the three board members) discussed the merit of bringing todd bray on as our first employee. We discussed the needs that were arising in the organization and who best could fulfill this need, todd was our choice. We discussed and decided on a salary to offer him and approached him with our offer. He accepted it and we moved forward advancing the warfare on veteran suicide.”

Helping veterans take charge of their past experiences and managing them. We believe in addressing the post traumatic stress causes and controlling the symptoms through an external perspective.”
