“Voter engagement, data infrastructure, leadership development, training, and organizational support last year, we deepened our commitment to community-centered voter engagement by supporting and coordinating programs that reached thousands of tennesseans across the state. Through strong partnerships with grassroots organizations, we helped drive year-round, values-based conversations that centered the experiences of black, brown, and white working-class communities. By aligning outreach efforts, sharing resources, and providing hands-on support, we made it possible for our partners to engage their communities more consistently and meaningfully. This collective approach allowed us to expand voter participation and foster a stronger culture of multiracial democracy across tennessee. We dramatically strengthened our data infrastructure in the past year by providing free access to the voter file and delivering targeted data support to our partner organizations. From custom reports and real-time tracking dashboards to detailed voter file analysis, we empowered our members with the tools and insights needed to reach the right voters. Our coalition used shared data to run more efficient and strategic programs. The integration of data and organizing was one of our greatest accomplishments. Throughout the year, we invested deeply in leadership development and organizational capacity building. We offered comprehensive training in data strategy, compliance, scaling, and program execution, equipping partner organizations to grow their impact. Individual coaching sessions helped groups refine their strategies and expand their reach, while access to discounted tools and select grant funding removed barriers to success. These investments not only strengthened our partners' programs but also helped cultivate a new generation of leaders ready to shape tennessee's future.”
