THIS STEP-DOWN OPTION ALLOWS A GRADUAL TRANSITION WITH CONTINUED ACCESS TO CASE MANAGEMENT AND PEER SUPPORT WHILE TAKING ON GREATER FINANCIAL RESPONSIBILITY TO PREPARE FOR FULL INDEPENDENCE.
