During 2025, the Board amended the bylaws to increase the maximum size of the board from 11 to 12 members. The Board also changed the term of President to two years and added an Immediate Past-president role. These changes were made as part of the overall plan for sustainable growth.

IRS990/Desc0Onward offers a safe, stable place to live and support from a caring case manager to young adults experiencing homelessness or housing instability. Four young people at a time live in Onwards shared residential home for up to 24 months. Onward provides a bed and basic furniture, and we pay for utilities and home maintenance. Young adults who live in the home pay $300/month in rent, half of which is set aside for them when they leave. Having a safe place to live along with support helps young people who have experienced homelessness gain the stability needed to work on their goals and gain the skills needed to transition to independent living. Since launching the program October 2018, we have served 22 individuals. Among those who have stayed for six months or more and successfully completed the program, 100% have transitioned to independent living.
