IF THE ORGANIZING ALLIANCE CONDUCTEDANY POLITICAL ACTIVITY (WHETHER DISCUSSED IN THIS REPORT OR NOT), THE ORGANIZING ALLIANCE COMPLIEDWITH THE APPLICABLE LIMITS OF INTERNAL REVENUE CODE SECTION 501(C)(4).THE ORGANIZING ALLIANCE (TOA) HAS DEMONSTRATED A COMMENDABLE COMMITMENT TO SOCIAL WELFARE AND POLITICAL COMPLIANCE IN 2023. THEIR EFFORTS IN VOTER REGISTRATION, PARTICULARLY FOCUSING ON THE AFRICAN AMERICAN COMMUNITY IN CLARK COUNTY, HAVE YIELDED SIGNIFICANT RESULTS, WITH 4,840 INDIVIDUALS REGISTERED, INCLUDING 959 HIGH SCHOOL STUDENTS. THIS INITIATIVE NOT ONLY EMPOWERED THE COMMUNITY BUT ALSO PLAYED A CRUCIAL ROLE IN THE DEMOCRATIC PROCESS. TOA'S PROACTIVE APPROACH TO CHALLENGES, SUCH AS ADJUSTING WORK SCHEDULES DURING EXTREME HEAT, REFLECTS THEIR DEDICATION TO STAFF WELFARE AND OPERATIONAL ADAPTABILITY. MOREOVER, THEIR EDUCATIONAL OUTREACH THROUGH ZOOM MEETINGS ON CLEAN ENERGY ISSUES HAS BEEN INSTRUMENTAL IN RAISING AWARENESS WITHIN THE AFRICAN AMERICAN COMMUNITY.
