Alongside is dedicated to offering unwavering support and encouragement while also providing crucial financial aid with diapers, wipes and other essential baby items. Alongside strives to build a strong and thriving community for these remarkable women.”

“We mentored 14 families in 2024. Our mentoring topics included life skills, parenting and resource referrals to community assistance for things like rental assistance. We provided diapers/wipes, donated baby items as well, as helping with food boxes for the holidays. We launched a pilot financial literacy course which was specifically written for individuals in low-income situations. It was a two day workshop that educated our families in learning to create a budget, reduce debt and saving for an emergency. We provided additional training to our mentors in a worshop that encouraged them to support their mentees in developing short and long term outcomes for their lives.”
