During the current fiscal year, cmmp returned $208,331 in federal grant funds received from the bureau of community preparedness in the prior fiscal year. These funds were recognized as income when received and were for the purpose of expanding, training, and sustaining a response-ready public health workforce to support jurisdictional covid-19 prevention, preparedness, response and recovery. Due to circumstances beyond cmmps control, this project was not able to be completed as scheduled. As such, the excess funds returned to the bureau of community preparedness during the current fiscal year are reported as grants and other assistance to domestic organizations and domestic governments. In part ix, line 1.

THIS PROGRAM INCLUDED 17 INTERNS AND 11 MENTORS. FURTHERMORE, DURING THE CURRENT FISCAL YEAR, CMMP RETURNED $208,331 IN FEDERAL GRANT FUNDS RECEIVED FROM THE BUREAU OF COMMUNITY PREPAREDNESS IN THE PRIOR FISCAL YEAR.
