July 18, 2023 the Federal Judge filed an intent to dismiss EIPCas federallawsuit for the second time claiming we did not have evidence.-EIPCa has 10,000 signed affidavits from citizens in 43 out of 58 counties, as well as citizens who moved out of California for the 2020, 2021, 2022 elections.-Our attorney with Advocates for Faith and Freedom immediately filed an appealwith the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals-Our attorney filed a motion to expedite the appeals process.-The Ninth Circuit quickly responded by laying out a schedule for the attorneys topresent three written briefs within three months!-The Ninth Circuit heard oral arguments on February 5, 2024!-EIPCa is expecting a decision in April or May 2024.3. EIPCas state lawsuit regarding violation of observer rights was filed againstVentura county in 2020 and continues to move through the court system.-EIPCa finally had our day in court the week of June 12-16, 2023.-EIPCa attorney (Advocates for Faith and Freedom) prepared EIPCa VP andmultiple EIPCa Ventura volunteers to testify in court.-The hearing lasted 5 days and included testimony with detailed diagrams,photos and documentation of violation of Californias election observer laws.-The judge dismissed the case claiming observation simply means to seesomething happen which is contrary to CA Observer Laws.-EIPCa filed an appeal with the District 2 court.4. EIPCa submitted 26 Legislative Position papers to the legislative committeesconsidering election bills.-One of greatest successes in 2023 was to be able to use our Legislative ResearchTeam to do deep research on ERIC, a corrupt national voter roll managementcompany.-Due to our research, we were able to write an extensive Position Paper thatprovided Legislators with critical information they needed to make a decision notto bring ERIC into California.- EIPCa sent out multiple Legislative Alerts to citizens across the state.
