THE PURPOSE OF THE LETTERS WAS TO REQUEST THE SECRETARY OF STATE AND/OR THE REGISTRAR OF VOTERS TO TAKE ACTION TO REMOVE DUPLICATE REGISTRANTS AND OTHER ILLEGITIMATE REGISTRANTS FROM THE ACTIVE LIST SO THAT VOTE BY MAIL BALLOTS WOULD NOT BE MAILED TO THEM.5.SENT A LETTER TO THE ACTING PRINCIPAL DEPUTY ASSISTANT ATTORNEY GENERAL, U.S. DEPARTMENT OF JUSTICE CIVIL RIGHTS DIVISION. THE LETTER INCLUDED A FINDINGS REPORT DETAILING THE FACTS THAT SHOW VOTECAL IS UNRELIABLE. THE PURPOSE OF THE LETTER WAS TO ASK THE DEPT. OF JUSTICE TO CONSIDER TAKING ACTION TO ENSURE THAT ILLEGITIMATE REGISTRANTS ARE REMOVED FROM VOTECAL AND DECERTIFYING VOTECAL (CA STATEWIDE VOTER ROLLS) AS UNRELIABLE. 6.FILED LEGAL ACTION IN VENTURA COUNTY REGARDING VIOLATION OF EIPCA CITIZEN OBSERVER RIGHTS.7.RETAINED LEGAL COUNSEL IN ORDER TO FILE A LAWSUIT AGAINST THE CA GOVERNOR, ATTORNEY GENERAL, SECRETARY OF STATE AND 13 REGISTRAR OF VOTERS CHALLENGING THE UNCONSTITUTIONAL ELECTION LAWS, POLICIES/PROCEDURES AND EMERGENCY REGULATIONS THAT HAVE WEAKENED OR REMOVED INTEGRITY IN THE ELECTION PROCESS.
