| ADVOCACY1. EIPCa appealed the Federal Judges July 18, 2023 filing of a dismissal of EIPCas federal lawsuit in which the judge claimed that EIPCas evidence is garden variety. This began an ongoing effort of appeals in the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. - The Ninth Circuit heard oral arguments on February 5, 2024. - The Ninth Circuit ruled in favor of the lower court on July 18, 2024. - EIPCa filed a request for an En Banc review on September 6, 2024. - The Ninth Circuit denied our request for an En Banc review on October 2, 2024.2. EIPCa continued to challenge Californias unconstitutional election laws, regulations, county level policies and procedures used to manage elections and process ballots with our Federal Lawsuit. - After the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals ruled that they would not grant EIPCa an En Banc Review, EIPCa made the decision not to appeal to the U.S. Supreme Court. - EIPCa agreed with its attorney, Advocates for Faith and Freedom (aff), that it would be unlikely the US Supreme Court would rule in our favor since it would likely create too great a burden on CA to create a new system in time for the 2026 Midterm elections. - EIPCa determined instead to file separate lawsuits against individual laws in 2025.3. EIPCa worked closely with Advocates for Faith and Freedom to address serious issues identified in EIPCas 2024 research of Californias 2022 certified election voter roll data. - EIPCa research revealed that the CA 2022 certified Election data was changed after certification. - EIPCa sent a letter with a Findings Report to the CA Secretary of State asking her to answer inquiry questions regarding the research. The CA Sect. of State ignored the letter, as well as additional requests that she explain what caused the differences. - Advocates for Faith and Freedom filed on behalf of EIPCa a Request for Judicial Notice in Support of Verified Petition for Writ of Mandate on October 21, 2024 as a result of the Secretary of State having ignored the request for explanation. - Advocates for Faith and Freedom filed a Writ Petition in October 2024 on behalf of EIPCa. - AFF will continue to represent EIPCa in this challenge in 2025.4. EIPCas CA state lawsuit regarding violations of election observer rights was filed in Ventura County Superior Court in 2020 and was concluded in 2024. - EIPCa filed an appeal in the CA Court of Appeal challenging the Superior Court of Ventura County judges ruling that observation laws simply meant it was enough for observers to see that work was taking place. - The Appellate Judge ruled against EIPCas challenge to the lower courts ruling. The Judge indicated the evidence showing observers were blocked from viewing many procedures could be ignored since the Ventura Registrar said he could see the activities. - EIPCa decided not to appeal to the CA State Supreme Court since it is clear judges in CA can ignore the evidence. | $80,000 | $109,137 |
