Policy Authority: The Board of Directors of the Good Neighbor Initiative is responsible for the adoption, oversight, and enforcement of this policy. 4. Compensation Review Process: a. Identification of Roles: The Board will annually identify the roles for which compensation needs to be determined or reviewed. b. Use of Comparative Data: Reasonable compensation levels will be determined using salary data from comparable organizations within the housing sector and the local area. This may include salary surveys, sector reports, and other relevant sources. c.
