This starts with all staff members continuing to make a commitment that reflects on the leadership, core values and our motto, "In Every Sparkle There is Hope". The Dream Team will wear their staff shirts and all youth will receive VIP (very important person) passes in addition to their Dream Kits via mail as foundation pieces to maintaining program culture. Communication: During virtual programming it is essential that we adopt a communication style that is over simplified, continuous, and clear at all times. Technology Survey: Each youth will be surveyed to assess their access to the required technology in order to engage in the "A Dream Through a Lens" project virtually. Materials : Each registered youth will receive a Dream Kit in the mail that will contain all of the materials needed to engage in the "A Dream Through a Lens" project.
