The organization delegated control over management duties to christopher community, inc. Under the direct supervision of the board of directors. This includes bookkeeping, property management, and personnel related functions.

The cfo for the managing agent receives the 990 from the auditor and reviews the form. The draft 990 is then provided to the board prior to filing with the irs.

Academy square apartments housing development fund company, inc. Has been determined to be exempt from federal income taxes under section 501(c)(3)of the internal revenue code and has been classified as an organization that is not a private foundation under section 509(a). Management is unaware of any unrelated business activities that may be subject to unrelated business tax or any activities that would jeopardize their exempt status. The organization follows fasb asc 740, income taxes, which requires that a tax position be recognized or derecognized based on a more likely than not threshold. This applies to positions taken or expected to be taken in a tax return. The organization believes the financial statements are free of any uncertain tax positions.
