HFV SEEKS TO REDUCE THE STIGMA OF SERIOUS MENTAL ILLNESS, SUPPORT LOVED ONES TOWARD RECOVERY, PROVIDE AN INNOVATIVE CO-HOUSING MODEL COUPLED WITH COMMUNITY AND SOCIAL SUPPORT AS AN ALTERNATIVE TO RECURRING HOSPITALIZATIONS. 2025 ACCOMPLISHMENTS INCLUDE: SECURED THE SERVICES OF EXPERT PARTNERS FOR CONCEPTUAL AND ARCHITECTURAL DESIGN, AS WELL AS MARKETING CONSULTANT TO PROMOTE PROJECT. CONDUCTED A MULTI-DAY WORKSHOP TO DESIGN PRIVATE HOMES AND TWO FAIRWEATHER LODGES. ONGOING COLLABORATION WITH STATE AND COUNTY OFFICIALS TO SECURE OUR 25 ACRE PARCEL AND UPDATE REZONING APPLICATION. ENGAGED THE SERVICES OF AN ATTORNEY WITH EXPERTISE IN COMMUNITY LAND TRUSTS TO DEVELOP A GROUND LEASE FOR FUTURE RESIDENTS.
