It is operated, supervised and controlled by walipp. The organization's operations are exclusively for the benefit of, to perform the functions of, to support, and to carry out the purposes of walipp, provided that walipp continues to be an organization described in section 501(c)(3) and section 170(b)(1)(a) of the internal revenue code at the time of any given distribution to or on behalf thereof.
