Mission

We exist to empower youthful college graduates in developing countries who are not in employment education or training NEET to actively participate in the health systems strengthening efforts in their communities and countries prioritizing efforts that affect the rural and urban poor.

Program Services

Implemented various projects to support primary health care centers and their health workers in more than ten under resourced communities. All projects were led by empowered college graduates described above. Projects include structural improvements of buildings training and workplace support for primary health worker COVID19 public health education facilitation of facility based trainer led competency training of health workers etc.$0$20,015
Empowered seven African NEET college graduates through training and mentorship to actively engage in health systems strengthening efforts all year long. NEET graduates learned were empowered through online courses one on one coaching and peer to peer facilitation. They engaged in their communities guided by human centered design principles. Empowered graduates led various community projects including structural improvements of primary health centers design of pedal operated hand washing stations logistical support for health worker training sessions etc.$13,429$15,468
Provided training assistance for seventeen individuals representing five rural communities. Facilitated academic and competency training for eight rural health workers working in three remote hard to reach and underresourced communities.
